Why did I buy a lodge at Pennant Park?
I had been thinking about purchasing a lodge for some time. I work from home most days and really wanted a change of scene where we could switch off from reality.
I drew up a shortlist of parks to visit over a long weekend, one of which was Pennant Park. From the minute we arrived we were really impressed. The grounds are really well maintained and the views over the golf course are beautiful. Cara was really easy to talk to and wanted to understand our needs before we viewed some lodge options. And she actually came in on her day off to see us! The lodges we saw were really of a really good quality and standard and we immediately had a favourite one after our tour. Cara answered all our questions clearly from what were the typical electricity charges through to sub letting options and some of the scare stories in the press. And she was so hospitable, getting us snacks and coffees when we visited. She also gave us a goody pack for our dog which was such a lovely gesture.
After seeing other locations, it was easy that Pennant was the choice to buy and we trusted Cara which was so important to me. Since our purchase a couple of months ago we are loving our trips to the lodge and have been welcomed by staff and other lodge owners. We love the club house to pop to for live music or a nice glass of wine in the sunshine. It’s everything I hoped it would be.
