Your questions answered
Yes, if your holiday home meets our Breeze Subletting requirements, has passed all safety tests, is of neat appearance on the outside and is modern looking inside.
There are no costs associated with joining the scheme if you register your holiday home and it has passed our internal checks by the 28th of February each year. When you register, you avoid the one-off charge of £560.00 to install WiFi in your holiday home, as well as the charge for electrical testing and PAT appliance testing. The normal cost for this is £195.00 based on five portable appliances. A commission fee including VAT plus cleaning will be deducted from the net booking revenue. There is a pre-season deep clean charge of £150.00 per holiday home.
Of course! You decide how often you sublet your holiday home out. However, you’re unable to take your home off availability unless you provide us with at least 8 weeks’ notice.
Your holiday home will be ready from 4pm on the day of your arrival until 10am on the morning of your departure. You’ll need to bring your own bed linen, clean your holiday home for your next guests and leave your gas, water and electricity turned on. If you are unsure about anything in this document, please consult our Lettings Team for the best advice.
