Can I live on site?
You cannot live on site. Lodge owners must show evidence of a primary home elsewhere. Our 12-month season lets you visit in any month of the year.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes. Our park, Clubhouse bar, and lodges are all dog-friendly. The grounds are spacious, safe, and welcoming for dogs and their owners.
How do I earn sublet income?
Subletting can offset annual fees by letting holiday guests use your lodge in your absence. We offer two schemes, each providing different levels of flexibility and income depending on how often you use your lodge.
Is financing available?
Yes. We can introduce you to our FCA-regulated finance partners who will advise, support, and guide you through any finance options suitable for your situation.
