Site fees and other costs to consider

As an owner, you’ll be responsible for site fees, insurance and utilities. Your site fees include your annual rates and cover access to the resort as well as water usage, sewerage, refuse disposal and general maintenance of Pennant Park and Lodges, as well as our beautiful recreational spaces.

Finance available
